First, you must possess the minimum skills required to manage a business, with prior experience and specific goals preferred. You should be capable of investing and committed to expanding your business through hard work. Confidence in your abilities is essential, along with an understanding of the benefits of interacting with others. Although prior experience in managing similar businesses is a plus, it is not mandatory, as success relies on enthusiasm and a positive mindset. You should have high levels of passion and perseverance, unafraid of ongoing commitment and hard work.
This depends on several factors, including selecting the right location for the franchise outlet, completing training, finishing preparations and decor, and finalizing legal procedures and similar requirements. In all cases, once conditions are ready, the process will take between 90 to 120 days.
Each franchise owner is responsible for securing a location for the franchise outlet. All proposed locations must be presented to the franchisor for approval of one of them, and the franchise owner bears the full cost of construction or setup.
Certainly, a reference architectural plan, along with several schematic designs and basic specifications, will be provided for the franchise outlet. The franchise owner is responsible for adjusting these plans to fit the actual dimensions of the proposed site. Regardless of these adjustments, the brand presentation must strictly adhere to the franchisor's standards, ensuring a unified brand identity that customers experience across all outlets.
As a Clix franchise owner, you must source supplies through the franchisor. If you find a more cost-effective alternative, you will need prior approval from the franchisor.
In the period leading up to the opening and at the time of opening, a Clix management representative will assist you with employee training, inventory supplies, and outlet opening arrangements.
Clix invests significant time and effort in developing its products, services, and operational system, and does not compromise on product quality or business oversight. Therefore, we require franchise owners and their staff to complete the training program and undergo on-the-job training during operations on how to provide all Clix services.
The return on investment (ROI) rate reaches up to 40%. Financial matters, including this aspect, will be discussed in greater detail during the franchise interview following your submission of the franchise application and the letter of intent.
